Civilians Tuesday rescued a man, who plunged off the Demerara Habour Bridge. The man has been identified as 20-year-old Joshua Jackson, of Pouderoyen, West Bank Demerara (WBD).  Jackson, who jumped from the northern side of the bridge, landed on a pontoon.
