Suriname- The principals from all of the nation’s primary schools have received instructions from the Ministry of Education and Community Development (Minov) to ensure that the school trips take place in a safe manner. Minov pointed out the dangers that ‘lurk’ at swimming pools and vacation resorts. The school principals have been asked to take all necessary safety precautions whenever
they go on a school trip.
