SURINAME – Legislators from AC/ ABOP on Tuesday indicated that they would also like the air ambulance services to be added to the nation’s basic health insurance package. The National Health Insurance Plan is currently being discussed by Parliament. MP Marinus Bee (AC/ABOP) emphasized the necessity for the basic health insurance package to include the air ambulance service.
