SURINAME –59 surviving relatives of the December  8 victims have filed a complaint at the Organization of American States (OAS). Hugo Essed, an attorney who is involved in the December 8 trial, announced the news at a press conference that was held in  Theater Unique on Wednesday. The relatives have taken this step to make sure that the State complies with the 13 demands.
