More than just a railroad needed for sustainable rail connection

SURINAME – A lot will have to happen and not just the construction of a railroad and letting five trains ride before one can speak of a rail connection between Para and Paramaribo. The current legislation does not support this policy which is why new rules must be made by expertise which Suriname lacks. The railroad police must also be established and will take a lot of effort to get machinists, conductors and mechanics with the necessary skills.
