SURINAME – The management team at the Paramaribo Zoo aims at introducing the metamorphosed zoo to the public in December. Management  has reportedly given the zoo’s infrastructure  a face-lift in association with the Ministry of Public Works (OW). “It looks a lot better than before,” said Director John who added that many people do not visit the zoo during the rainy season because everything is too muddy.
