SURINAME – Police officials recently indicated that 145 driver’s licenses have already been confiscated from drivers who were caught speeding along the Oost-Westverbinding near the  Coronie District.Police Inspector Harnarain Mohan, Regional Police Chief of Coronie, confirmed the reports and told Times of Suriname that the police had caught people driving 145 kilometers per hour outside the city.
