AUSTRIA   –   Austria will hold a snap parliamentary election on October 15, political party leaders said yesterday, with the far-right Freedom Party polling strongly in opinion polls. Austria’s political parties had to agree on a date after the junior coalition party, the center-right People’s Party, called for a snap poll.
