A 6-month-old baby is officially the nation’s first fireworks victim.  Olton Pinas, Public Relations Officer  of the Fire Department Suriname (KBS), told Times of Suriname that the Fire Department received word from the Emergency Room at the Academic Hospital Paramaribo on Sunday.
