The garbage that is piling up in residential communities of the city is the result of the new collectors not being familiar with the layout of the communities, a source at the Mayor and City Council (M&CC) said. Yesterday, unemptied receptacles lined some streets in areas such as Kitty, Subryanville and North Cummingsburg, creating an obnoxious scene.
