JAMAICA- A Manchester woman is now in police custody after stabbing to death her 38-year-old common-law husband, Oneil Coleman. The woman reportedly stabbed Coleman in the neck this morning after he used a machete to beat her at their home in the southern community of Woodlands. The police say both Coleman and his common-law wife have made complaints about each other for varying reasons.

One person claiming to be a friend of the deceased, said, ordinarily Coleman would not have been in  confrontation with anyone. “He was a hard-working farmer. Him neva make trouble wid anybody.
