USA – A jury found Richard McTear Jr. guilty of first-degree murder in the death of his ex-girlfriend’s baby boy on Thursday evening.  McTear Jr., 26, is charged with causing the death of 3-month-old Emanuel Murray by throwing him out of his car window on Interstate 275 in May 2009. He was found guilty on the following charges: first-degree murder, felony murder, burglary, aggravated child abuse, battery and kidnapping.
