An outraged Maryland mother is looking for answers after her 9-year-old son’s elementary school removed three of his teeth during a dental procedure.

Shanda Flemming had signed a permission slip, but believed it was to have little Michael’s teeth cleaned, according to WJZ. “I’m angry about this,” the Baltimore City mom told the station. “I don’t think that it should have happened like that.” Michael was crying in his mother’s arms as he showed the TV station where the missing teeth were.
