The chairman of the National Democratic Party (NDP),  Desire Bouterse, on Monday received all political parties that have reeled in parliamentary seats except for the Pertjajah Luhur (PL). The Progressive Reform Party (VHP) was the first political party to be invited to the tentative talks that took place in the press center of the president.
