An Arizona police officer seen in a viral video punching a woman in the face resigned as his department prepared to fire him. Flagstaff’s Jeff Bonar was trying to serve a warrant on Marissa Morris in November when the two began struggling and he hit her. Morris had protested that she did not have any outstanding warrants.
