The Independent Voting Bureau (OKB) on Wednesday indicated that it had finished investigating the objections that had been filed by the V7 bloc and the National Democratic Party (NDP).  The OKB reportedly already has taken care of both matters. The results of the investigation indicate that the V7 bloc had in fact reeled in 15 area council (RR) seats and the NDP 5 in Rainville which is located in the Paramaribo District.
