Rosebel Gold Mines gives about 50% less to treasury

SURINAME – Rosebel Gold Mines NV, subsidiary of IAMGOLD, has contributed  $53.4 million to the treasury in 2014. This is about 50% less than the sum that was given to the treasury in 2013 namely $ 107 million. The annual figures were presented at General Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday. Rosebel Gold Mines issued a press release, indicating that the drop in the financial contribution is caused by various factors.
