“ When you see me dressed in yellow and black that means that I am busy with a political activity but when I am busy with official business I dress in neutral colors,” said  Regional Development Minister Stanley Betterson at the ministry’s end-of-the-year party. Minister Betterson pointed out that the ministry’s performance was a bit lower in 2014 than the previous and that this is probably due to the fact that fewer liquid assets were available.
