16-year-old  Dominio Hiwat on Friday night died along the Ruthlaan during a joint operation of police officers and soldiers.  Hiwat and two other boys, Lorenzo M and Jerome N, allegedly stole a car on the day in question. Hiwat’s accomplice, Lorenzo M (20), was injured in his right lower leg. Jerome N (26) is currently in jail. The boys had stolen a car from a 44-year-old salesman at Hermitage Mall.
