“There is no evidence”

PARAMARIBO – E.R. who is on trial for the sexual abuse of a 12-year-old girl had initially confessed but eventually started denying the charges. The prosecutor on Monday demanded that the defendant be sentenced to 4 years in prison. The mother of the tween told the police that the defendant was dating her underage daughter.

 The defendant who allegedly had sex with the girl on multiple occasions often met her outside her school and a store located near her house. The girl told the police that she and the defendant often had sex in a house that is under construction and that is located next to her house. The medical report confirms that the girl is no longer a virgin. The girlfriends of the victim confirmed that they had often spotted their friend with the suspect after school. The defendant is an ex convict who had served time in prison after having been found guilty of murder.
