GUYANA - The Guyana Police Force (GPF) issued a wanted bulletin for a 23-year-old man accused of raping a child under 16.
The wanted man has been identified as Shemar Benn also known as ‘Head rest/Eve rat.’ Police stated in the bulletin that his last known address is at Lot 384 Victoria Village East Coast Demerara (ECD). Anyone who sees Benn or who has any information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the nearest police station.
