Boedhoe freezes fuel deliveries to Juspol

PARAMARIBO – Roy Boedhoe has once again put a freeze on all fuel deliveries to the Ministry of Justice and Police (Juspol), because of a delay in payments. “No money so no fuel,” Boedhoe told Times of Suriname.

Boedhoe made it clear that the vehicles of the Ministry of Justice and Police will not receive any fuel at his gas station, as long as the money has not been transferred to his bank account. This means that there is no fuel for the cars that belong to the Police Force Suriname (KPS), the Fire Department Suriname (KBS), the Prison Guards’ Force (KPA) and the Security and Support Service Suriname (BBS).
