JAMAICA – Fishers on Jamaica’s cays and banks are being advised to evacuate immediately and start returning to the mainland. The Meteorological Service of Jamaica says other small craft operators in Jamaica’s coastal waters are advised to return to port. Meanwhile, small craft operators who are in port are being warned not to venture out.
