The government reportedly owes Roy Boedhoe Enterprises (RBE) more than SRD 3 million. Reports indicate that the government still has not paid the bills from 2012, 2013 and 2014. The entrepreneur was forced to stop accepting fuel vouchers from the government after the bank put pressure on him about two weeks ago. “For now we will only work with the government if they pay cash. After the bank told me that it would no longer accept my checks, I was forced to take these measures,” said Roy Boedhoe, CEO and owner of  RBE.
