Health problems of Kromosoeto to be addressed

PARAMARIBO – “The health problems of Ginmardo Kromosoeto, former director of the Surinaamse Postspaarbank (SPSB) were recently discussed in the judge’s chambers,”  Defense Attorney Murwin Dubois told Times of Suriname. The judge discussed the health of the defendant in the presence of the defense attorney, the defendant and the Public Prosecutor’s Office. Dubois who brought the health problems of his client under the attention of the judge pointed out that his client will be questioned in court in July. Two other defendant were questioned on Thursday namely Bryan Jurgens and Gardelito Hew A Kee. Dubois explained that Hew A Kee was not obligated to find out where Robert Putter and the SPSB got the money from. Hew A Kee who only signed for receiving the money at the bank claimed that he always followed the official procedures. Putter, Joy ten Berge and Wantley Sardjoe were never arrested and never appeared in court. Only their attorney’s appear in court in their behalf.
