KTPI to stick to its demand

“The KTPI won’t budge and strongly believes that it deserves to get better positions on the V7’s list of candidates for Parliament,”  Iwan Ganga, deputy chairman of the KTPI, told Times of Suriname. The KTPI is only content with its number one position on the list of candidates in the Commewijne District.

Ganga explained that the party also is not content with its number 11 position in Paramaribo. He pointed out that the party’s position on the list for the Paramaribo District must be upgraded. The party is reportedly willing to settle for the number 8 position on this list. ...[+]
