SURINAME – A  policeman who had reportedly caused a traffic accident in the Para District has been disarmed.  Roberto Prade, head of the Para Police Department, confirmed the reports. The policeman who was on duty drove from Zanderij to Rijsdijk to pick up a soldier for their joint patrol.  The policeman reportedly rammed a tree at Hannover.
