Unasur to send mission to monitor elections

The Union of South American Nations (Unasur) will send a mission to Suriname to monitor the General Elections of May 2015. The secretary general of the Unasur, Ernesto Samper, explained that the observer mission will not get involved in the electoral process but that it will only focus its attention on the manner in which the electoral process takes place in Suriname.
