SURINAME – A young woman on Tuesday afternoon threw boiling water on her boyfriend. The incident took place along the Jasmijnstraat in Nieuwe Haven during a heated argument. Police Inspector Drohpatie Ramkhelewan from the Public Relations Office of the Police Force Suriname (KPS) confirmed the reports and indicated that the man suffered first degree and second degree burns.
