weekend which means that a total of four bodies were found. Things did not go smoothly as the police officers from the Apoera police station were attacked by bees while trying to recover one of the bodies. Two of the three police officers who were stung by bees were rushed to the hospital.
The police reportedly transported all four bodies to the morgue at the Mungra Medisch Center (MMC). Regional Police Chief Jeffrey van Cooten stated that an investigation was launched to determine the origins and identities of the bodies. No further details could be shared, as the investigation is ongoing.
